Libros de la Familia is a program that matches students with primarily Spanish speaking families to provide weekly reading and tutoring lessons for their children. Through the program I have worked with children to help them read, spell, and write in Spanish and English.

Project SALUD
Rural Women's Health Project (RWHP)

As a volunteer intern at RWHP, I worked on a variety of projects focused on providing accessible health education to the community. My tasks included organizing community health fairs, performing public outreach at consulates, and creating low-literacy educational material in Spanish and English.
